If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused

• Be in the same condition as received

• Be in the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different item or style, contact us at support@planstrict.com, and we will arrange the exchange.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used items

• Damaged items not caused by us

• Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
